Peer Review Process policy

Corresponding author submit the manuscripts according to IJPTB guidelines and then Managing Editor assign it to manuscript number (Identification Code) in consultation with Editor in Chief then send it to an appropriate two editor/reviewer for double blind peer review. However a submission may be declined by the Editor in Chief without review, if deemed inappropriate for reasons other than scientific merit. The final decision whether to accept or reject a paper rests with them. The Editor in-chief only communicates the final decision and informs the authors about further processing.
The following are the most common decisions that are made:
• accept without any changes (acceptance): the journal will publish the paper in its original form
• accept with minor revisions (acceptance): the journal will publish the paper and asks the author to make small corrections
• accept after major revisions (conditional acceptance ): the journal will publish the paper provided the authors make the changes suggested by the reviewers and/or editors
• revise and resubmit (conditional rejection): the journal is willing to reconsider the paper in another round of decision making after the authors make major changes
• reject the paper (outright rejection): the journal will not publish the paper or reconsider it even if the authors make major revisions
Then final accepted copy communicates to the corresponding author as Galley Proof. It is the responsibility of the corresponding author to ensure that the galley proof is to be returned without delay with correction (if any). The authors are responsible for the contents appeared in their published manuscripts.
